• Psychiatric Nurse Specialists (PNS)

• Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT)

  • Dentists (DDS/DMD)

  • Dental Hygienists (RDH)

• NHSC SUD Workforce Loan Repayment Program:

  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors

  • Pharmacists (PHARM)

  • Registered Nurses (RN)

• NHSC Rural Community Loan Repayment Program:

  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors

  • Pharmacists (PHARM)

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)

Award Amounts:

• NHSC Loan Repayment Program:

  • Up to $75K (full-time) / $37.5K (part-time) for dentists

  • Up to $50K (full-time) / $25K (part-time) for other eligible disciplines

• NHSC SUD Workforce Loan Repayment Program:

  • Up to $75K (full-time) / $37.5K (part-time)

• NHSC Rural Community Loan Repayment Program:

  • Up to $100K (full-time) / $50K (part-time)

Spanish-Language Award Enhancement:

• Up to $5,000 additional for clinicians who demonstrate Spanish-language oral proficiency.

Service Commitment:

• 2 Years for NHSC Loan Repayment Program

• 3 Years for NHSC SUD Workforce & NHSC Rural Community Loan Repayment Programs

NHSC Health Care Site Requirements:

• NHSC Loan Repayment Program: Any NHSC-approved site

• NHSC SUD Workforce Loan Repayment Program: Any NHSC-approved SUD site

• NHSC Rural Community Loan Repayment Program: Any rural, NHSC-approved SUD site

🔹 Primary care providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, and physician assistants) may qualify for increased award amounts. 🔹 All programs require one application, but you can only apply to one program.
